Terms of Service
Last updated: October 23, 2026
1. Who we are
InvoQuick is an online invoicing service operated by InvoQuick. Contact: support@invoquick.com.
By creating an account or using InvoQuick, you agree to these Terms. If you use InvoQuick for a company, you confirm you may accept them on its behalf.
2. The service
InvoQuick lets you create, issue, number and export invoices and credit notes, including drafts generated by artificial intelligence (AI) from text you provide.
AI suggestions can be wrong or incomplete. You must review every invoice before issuing or sending it.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of your invoices and for complying with the tax and invoicing rules of your country (sales tax, VAT, GST/HST, registration numbers, record keeping). InvoQuick provides tools and general guidance, not tax, legal or accounting advice.
Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account.
You must not use InvoQuick for unlawful purposes, fake invoices, fraud, spam, or to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
4. Plans and payment
The Free plan is free of charge with the limits shown on the Pricing page. Paid plans are billed in advance for the chosen period (monthly or yearly), at the price shown when you subscribe.
If a paid plan is not renewed, your account returns to the Free plan at the end of the paid period. You keep access to your invoices. Payments already made are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.
We may change prices for future periods with at least 30 days' notice.
5. Your data
You keep ownership of the content you enter (business details, clients, invoices). You grant us the rights needed to host and process it to provide the service. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Issued invoices cannot be edited or deleted, so your numbering stays continuous. You can cancel them with a credit note.
6. Availability and liability
We work to keep InvoQuick available and secure, but the service is provided "as is", without guarantee of uninterrupted operation. Download your invoices as PDF to keep your own copies.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses (lost profits, lost data, tax penalties), and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
7. Closing your account
You may stop using InvoQuick at any time and ask us to delete your account at support@invoquick.com. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms.
8. Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or in the app before they take effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of —, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
